The Eaton Foundation recently announced a gift to the Preble Count Art Association, as a result of a bequest from the Estate of Rosie McNees to the foundation. McNees was one of the founding members of the PCCA and she left a lasting memorial in the form of a trust with the foundation. The foundation forwards the annual proceeds from the trust to the Art Association, to be used in their continuing endeavors to provide fine arts to the community.
Annual proceeds means the principal is never invaded, according to her instructions.
The Eaton Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable corporation under the laws of the State of Ohio and originated in 1966 by Lloyd B. Bennett, Harold V. Sell, Hubert J. Miller and William H.
