It’s the last day for the New Paris Library’s book sale! Be sure to stop in at 115 N. Washington St. and check out the selection of used fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books.

Write On! (teens)

3:30 p.m. at the Eaton Library

Complete creative writing prompts, talk with other Teens about writing, and eat snacks! You can share your work with the group, but you don’t have to. Registration is required. Stop by the Eaton Branch or call 456-4331 to register.

Game Night Pizza Party

4 p.m. at the Eldorado Library

We’re having a Game Night Pizza Party! Join us as we use our brains and deductive skills as we enjoy delicious pizza!

Adult Craft: Doodling

6:30 p.m. at the New Paris Library

Whether you call it Zentangle or Zen doodle, it just simply fun! And relaxing!

Start with a simple shape, repeat. Add a line, repeat. Continue until you are lost in the process.

Homeschool Hour: Food Science

3 p.m. at the Library Admininstration Building (450 S. Barron St. in Eaton)

Come experiment with food in this hands-on Homeschool Hour! The program is for all homeschool students and educators. Classes are geared toward ages 8-12, but all ages are welcome!

Pokken Tournament (teens)

4:30 p.m. at the West Elkton Library

Want to try the newly released Pokkén Tournament game on the Wii U? We’re going to play tournament style, and the best playing Teen is going to walk away with Ash’s hat! Everyone wins a prize. Also, eat snacks! Registration is required by May 16. To register call the West Elkton Library at 787-4873 or stop by the front desk.

This month at the Preble County District Library book club, we’ll discuss The Things We Keep by Sally Hepworth.

Saturday, May 21

Make a Fort in your Library

1 p.m. at the Eaton Library

Who doesn’t love a fort? Come to the library and use materials such as cardboard, duct tape and construction paper to build a fort in the library! This will be a fun program for parents and children to work together. We’ll display the awesome fort in the library! (All building materials will be provided.)
