PREBLE COUNTY — Beginning this Saturday, Dec. 10, subscribers’ second edition of The Register-Herald will arrive in the mail on Saturdays, instead of its customary Friday delivery.

The move to Saturday delivery will allow for an extended deadline for both advertising and news items. Effective this week, both news items and ads for the second edition will deadline on Wednesdays at 3 p.m. Obituary deadline for the second edition will now be Thursdays at 5 p.m.

Carrier delivery of the free community Weekend Edition will also move to Saturdays, simplifying production and delivery for staff.
