Make Pet Prints at the Art Center

EATON — Celebrate National Pet Appreciation Day with the Preble County Visual Art Center.

The public is invited to drop in any time between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, and bring in a four-legged family member ato make a fun clay imprint memento with their paw print. The artists at the center will help participants create a fun clay plaque and the pooches will make it truly unique by adding the imprint of their paw to the soft clay. The center will fire it, glaze it, and give you a call for pick up within two weeks.

The cost is $10 dollars per print. No reservations are necessary for this event.

Follow the Visual Art Center on Facebook and be on the lookout for Tall Tails pet merchandise giveaways. Post pictures of adorable pets and share the post to be in the running for weekly “cutest pet” pet prizes. Check in each Tuesday through April 4 to find out that week’s prize. Winners will be announced every Friday through April 7.

Visit the center online at www.preblearts.org or in person at the Visual Art Center. Payment must be made at time of the event. The PCAA is located at 601 Hillcrest Dr. in Eaton. Call 937-456-3999 for additional information.
