PREBLE COUNTY — Tentative 2017 reappraisal values are now available.

Tentative values from the state mandated 2017 reappraisal for Preble County are now available for review on the website at www.preblecountyauditor.org/search.aspx

If you have questions regarding your valuation you can find answers in two places:

•Go online at preblecounty.propertyrevaluations.com between Aug. 21 and Sept. 21. There you will find Frequently Asked Questions and an Inquiry Form that can be submitted to have questions and concerns addressed.

•Have your questions answered in person at the County Auditor’s Office, located at 101 East Main Street. One on one appointments are available, but not needed, from Aug. 21 and 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All values are tentative, final values will not be available until late fall.
