CAMDEN — Preble Soil and Water Conservation District’s 2017 Annual Meeting will be held Sept. 7 at Woodland Trails Boy Scout Camp, located at 265 Gasper Somers Rd., Camden. Woodland Trails is a beautiful setting including a man-made lake surrounded by hundreds of acres of woodlands. Before the meeting, miles of hiking trails will be open to the public. Come early and take a hike!

The Supervisor election will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by a meal provided by Charlotte’s Catering. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. The featured speaker will be Dale Minyo, broadcaster with Ohio Ag Net. Minyo will share his experiences from traveling Ohio to report on agriculture across the state. In addition, the SWCD will share highlights from the year and honor award recipients.

Gather the family and come out for a free evening of food and fellowship. Entertainment for children will be provided during the program by local FFA members. RSVP by Aug. 31, to the SWCD office at 937-456-5159. ​
