EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during its Monday, Oct. 2 session:

Daniel L. Grilliot II, 101 E. Main St., West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use of drug paraphernalia; Roy Edward Clinard, 910 S. Barron St., Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs; Joseph A. Willeford, 173 N. Second St., Camden, violating a protection order and aggravated menacing.

Also: Virgus Browning III, 11862 State Line Road, College Corner, Ohio, felonious assault, aggravated assault and assault; Joseph A. Nickell, 109 S. Court St., Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, resisting arrest and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

McMasters, 4626 Caudill St., Lewisburg, obstructing justice; Michael Horvath, 420 Greenway Lane, Broomfield, CO, aggravated possession of drugs, attempted tampering with evidence, possession of hashish, possessing criminal tools, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana; John Adams, at large, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments.
