EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, Jan. 4, session:

Joseph T. Weber, 210 N. High St., West Machester, possession of heroin, petty theft; Devon Lee Anderson, 7667 E. Gregory Road, Albany, IN, possession of heroin; Joshua Straszheim, 225 W. Decatur St., Eaton, attempted burglary, criminal damaging or endangering (two counts); Lucas L. Davis, 201 E. Somers St., Eaton, violating a protection order.

Also: Earl R. Woods, 1388 Dafler Road #2, West Alexandria, breaking and entering and grand theft of a motor vehicle; Richard Lee Smith, 4334 Springfield St., Dayton, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also: Vernon Michael Perry, 7828 Gratis Jacksonburg Road, Camden, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Helen A. Stewart, 644 McGuire Drive, Camden, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also: Ryan Branden, 214 S. Liberty St., Camden, burglary, burglary, criminal damaging or endangering and criminal damaging or endangering; Buddy Fulton, 808 N. Barron St., Eaton, aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.
