PREBLE COUNTY — In a story regarding the Preble County District Library — “1-mill replacement levy on ballot for PCDL” — which appeared on the front page of the Wednesday, Oct. 30, edition of The Register-Herald, it was noted “This is an operating levy which, if renewed, will be in place for five years.”

The statement should have read “if approved” not “if renewed,” as the levy is a replacement.
