LEWISBURG — The Preble County Park District will present free concerts this summer at the Garber Nature Center. Bring a lawn chair and get comfortable in the Mary Hayes Pavilion. A generous grant from the U.S. Bank and donations provide funding for the center.

Saturday, June 27, from 7-9 p.m. will feature guitarist Eric Loy and vocalist Earl Pittman. Loy will play a 24 string acoustical harp guitar, while Pittman performs songs from the ’60s and beyond. Loy has played across multiple venues in his career including a time when his group opened for Marvin Gaye.

Saturday, July 25, from 7-9 p.m. will feature the Rum River Blend, who will get the audience to laugh, sing, clap, and tap your toes or dance to bluegrass, folk, county, and gospel music.

Saturday, Aug. 22, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. will feature Berachah Valley. A group of friends created a band in 2005 to share their talents and passion for traditional bluegrass, country, gospel and current favorites. The band has played across the Midwest and has been featured on Radio and TV.
