EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during its Monday, May 4 session:

Brian S. Moore, 325 E. Somers St., Ste. 4, Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs with specification, aggravated trafficking in drugs with specification, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia snf possessing drug abuse instruments; G.W.C. Clinard, at large, tampering with evidence, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Robert Gary Cave Jr., 216 W. Cherry St., Eaton, domestic violence.

Also, Joshua Allen Slye, 10768 Southwind Drive, Powell, grand theft of a motor vehicle; Jessica Lawson, 205 East Commerce Street, Lewisburg, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Joseph W. Williams, 8129 Mile Road, New Lebanon, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Sarah A. Dill, 1013 W. Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also, Jonas Clinton Owens, 4 Sauer Drive, Apt. A, New Paris, aggravated possession of drugs, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI and driving under suspension; Dustin D. Rodandello, 33 Sauer Drive, Apt. B17, New Paris, kidnapping (six counts), abduction (two counts), domestic violence, endangering children (two counts) and resisting arrest; Rance Pegg, 3009 U.S. 35 East, West Alexandria, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with specification, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also, Steven Clay Gibson, 1276 State Route 503 N. West Alexandria, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class and attempted theft from a person in a protected class; Misti Dawn Adamson, 308 Liberty Street, Eaton, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class and attempted theft from a person in a protected class; Johnathon D. Rusk, 200 N. Cherry Street, Apt. 1, Eaton, burglary, theft from a person in a protected class and attempted theft from a person in a protected class; Brian Z. Abrams, aggravated possession of drugs.

Also, Bradley E. Monebrake, 908 N. Cherry Street, Eaton, violating a protection order and obstructing official business; Bradley E. Monebrake, 908 N. Cherry Street, Eaton,violating a protection order; Elizabeth Marie Hobbs, 43 Elm Street, West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI, Making false alarms, misconduct at an emergency and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Justin M. Lehr, 1701 Miller Williams Road, Eaton, kidnapping with two specifications, abduction with two specifications, violating a protection order with one specification and domestic violence.

Also, Tonya Lynn Howard, 279 Becky, Camden, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; Daniel Ryen Salyers, 609 Oakland Drive, Eaton, burglary with one specification, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, petty theft and theft of drugs.
