Culvert replacement scheduled to begin on Ohio 725

CAMDEN — Restrictions will be in place on state Ohio 725 in Preble County next week for a culvert replacement project by crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highway Maintenance Facility.

Ohio 725 will be closed between Township Road 209 (Dillman Road) and U.S. 127 in Camden for crews to replace a deteriorated pipe at at the 7.59-mile marker, just east of T.R. 1115 (Morton Drive).

The closure will go into effect at approximately 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, and it will remain in place through Friday, Aug. 14, or until all work is completed. Completion of the project will be contingent upon the weather, and while the route is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of Ohio 732, Camden College Corner Road, and U.S. 127.
