Grand jury issues indictments

EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, Nov. 2 session:

Richard D. Dougherty, 167 South Lafayette Street, Camden, obstructing official business, aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct; Daniel Dominic Hunter, 8 E. Central Avenue, Miamisburg, aggravated possession of drugs, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, with specification, aggravated trafficking in drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Ashley Ann Evelyn Adkins, 7425 Lexington Salem Road, West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence.

Also, Roy C. Dawson, 401 Liberty Street, Eaton, possession of heroin; Xavier Malik Henry, 2438 Westport Drive, Dayton, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; Robin M. Knipp, 4998 Twin Creek Road, West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Joshua Michael Dembski, 408 E. Israel Street, Eaton, violating a protection order; Sherry A. Wallis, 1656 E 1325 North Road, Shelbyville, IL, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also, Daniel L. Luken, 404 Tim Drive, Camden, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle with specification, possession of marijuana, illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and failure to comply with opened container or beer or liquor laws; Taylor N. Cassidy, 34 S. Second Street, Camden, domestic violence; Mary K. Sambol, 4388 Circle Drive, Hilliard, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments, obstructing official business, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Also, Christian Patric Raybourn, 3030 Eaton Gettysburg Road, Eaton, tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction, resisting arrest and operating a motor vehicle bearing an invalid license plate or identification mark; Tyler J. Brookshire, AT LARGE, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Brianna Nicole Upton, 307 N. Cherry Street, Apt. 105, Eaton, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI and failure to submit to chemical test.
