Grand jury issues indictments

EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Tuesday, Sept. 6, session:

Steven C. Gibson, 1276 Ohio 503 N., West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Richard James Miller, 213 Buck Rub Cove, Camden, having weapons while under disability and using weapons while intoxicated; Jeremiah Wayne Powell, 143 Villa Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs (two counts,) and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also: Kenneth Jacob Duncan, at large, aggravated possession of drugs; Rachel D. Copley, 411 Village South Drive, Eaton, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing drug abuse instruments; Jason A. Watts, 9071 N. Old National Road, New Paris, theft of drugs, theft from a person in a protected class; Sarah E. Snyder, 3274 W. Serenity Pkway, Connersville, Indiana, tampering with evidence, possession of heroin and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Also: Christopher L. Fulton, 808 N. Barron St., Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs; Derrick Wright, at large, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass; Ronald Elliot Andrews, 211 S. Beech St., Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing criminal tools and tampering with evidence; Melissa S. Standifer, 403 South Street, Eaton, possession of heroin, resisting arrest, obstructing official business and possessing drug abuse instruments.
