VANDALIA — Montgomery County OSU Extension will be hosting a Cover Crop and Soil Health Workshop for interested farmers and landowners on March 21. The workshop will be from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Celebrations Banquet Center, 7615 Poe Avenue, Vandalia, OH 45377. Cost to attend is $35 and registration deadline is March 14.

Registration includes lunch, a cover crop field guide, and other reference materials. Topics covered will include, but are not limited to: ECO farming, Nutrient Recycling, Surface Water Protection, Cover Crop Species Selection, and Raising Homegrown Nitrogen.
