Halderman welcomes real estate agent, auctioneer Kramer

EATON — Halderman Real Estate announced last week its addition of H. John Kramer as a real estate agent and auctioneer.

“We are proud that a professional of John’s experience and reputation chose to join the Halderman team. We look forward to working with him in Preble and Montgomery Counties and all of southwest Ohio” said Pat Karst, Vice President, Halderman Real Estate Services Inc.

Kramer brings an impressive resume of real estate and auction experience totaling 46 years as a second generation auctioneer and nearly 5,000 public auctions primarily in southwest Ohio.

”Specializing in the multi-parcel method of selling land, Kramer was the first to use this method in his region,” a press release noted.

As a graduate of The Ohio State University, he obtained a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Real Estate. Additional accolades, according the press release include Kramer being: a certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) graduate, an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) graduate, an Ohio and Indiana auctioneer licensee, as well as an Ohio real estate sales licensee and member of the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame.

As a lifelong resident of Preble County, Kramer resides with his wife Debbie in Eaton. He is a two-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and has three children. He enjoys spending his leisure time doing family activities and pursuing his golf game.
