WEST ALEXANDRIA — On Trick-or-Treat night, the Twin Valley South-MVCTC FFA Chapter will be hosting its annual canned food drive.

This event allows the chapter to collect canned foods and donate them back to the West Alexandria Food Bank.

During Trick-or-Treat night, chapter members will go door to door asking for donations throughout the village.

West Alexandria’s Trick-or-Treat will be held Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 6-7:30 p.m.

Residents are asked, as you are passing out candy, contribute to this canned food drive by having cans ready to be collected.

Last year the TVS FFA chapter collected a total of nearly 600 and this year’s goal is to collect 1,000.

Anyone who does not live in town, or would like to drop off donations to the chapter, can still donate. Before Trick-or-Treat night, bring donations to the high school office during school hours.
