The annual crowing of the Preble County Junior Fair King and Queen will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, at The Gathering Place, 501 Nation Ave. in Eaton. The Preble County Council on Aging is sponsoring the event.


Winners of the Species Queens and King will also be announced during the intermission of the King and Queen Contest.


The Preble County Fair queen candidates include:


Emalee Current, 19, Eaton, daughter of Daniel Current and Angela Overholts, representing The Camo Crew 4-H Club.


Savannah Reece, 17, New Paris, daughter of Ralph Reece and Andi Roberts, representing Monroe Better Livestock 4-H Club and the National Trail FFA. Savannah is going to be a senior at National Trail High School.


Aubrey Stevenson, 16, Eaton, daughter of Scott and Ami Stevenson, representing Preble County Livestock 4-H Club and Eaton FFA. Aubrey is going to be a junior at Eaton High School.


Rhianna Trader, 17, Eaton, daughter of Keith and Carrie Trader, representing Washington Township Livestock 4-H Club.


Allie Unger, 18, New Paris, daughter of Craig and Traci Unger, representing Monroe Better Livestock. Allie is a 2014 graduate of National Trail Local Schools and will be attending Wilmington College in the fall.


Adrianna Via, 16, Camden, daughter of Amy and Jeff Bunger and Doug Via, representing Poultry Pride and Livestock 4-H Club. Adrianna will be a junior at Preble Shawnee High School in the fall.


The Preble County King candidate is Mathias Marshall, Eaton, son of Thomas and Jane Marshall, representing Washington Township Livestock 4-H Club. Mathias is a 2014 home school graduate.


Beef King: Clayton Cruze, 16, Eaton, son of Chris and Angie Cruze, representing Jackson Young Farmers 4-H Club. Clayton attends Eaton High School.


Canine Queen: Tristen Withrow, 17, Camden, daughter of Scott and Denise Withrow, representing Preble County Tailwaggers. Tristen is a 2014 graduate of Preble Shawnee High School and will be attending Miami University in the fall.


Goat Queen candidates:


Hannah Cline, 16, West Alexandria, daughter of Steve and Gretchen Cline, representing Preble County Livestock 4-H Club. Hannah attends Twin Valley South High School.


Aryn Landes, 16, Brookville, daughter of Duane and Nancy Landes, representing 4-H Syndicate 4-H Club. Aryn attends Dayton Christian High School where she will be a senior in the fall.


Horse Queen candidates:


Kirsten Fross, 17, Camden, daughter of Nick and Laura Clark, representing Happy Hoofers 4-H Club. Kirsten attends Preble Shawnee High School.


Kaitlyn McGarvey, 16, West Alexandria, daughter of John and Rebecca McGarvey, representing Boots, Chaps and Cowboy Hats 4-H Club. Kaitlyn attends Preble Shawnee High School where she will be a junior in the fall.


Cierra Rinehart, 16, New Paris, daughter of Chad and Rhonda Rinehart, representing Lewisburg Country Kickers. Cierra attends National Trail High School where she will be a sophomore in the fall.


Horse Princess: Brooke Dalton, Camden, daughter of Brad and Amy Dalton, representing Camden Saddle Pals 4-H Club.


Lamb/Wool Queen candidates:


Faith Estep, 13, Lewisburg, daughter of Rick and Sheri Estep, representing Lewisburg Blue Ribbon 4-H Club. Faith attends Tri-County North Local Schools.


Alisha Rader, 13, Eaton, daughter of Kenny and Rebecca Rader, representing Allstar Livestock 4-H Club. Alisha attends Eaton Middle School where she will be in eighth grade in the fall.

Pork Queen candidates:


Jade Newton, 18, Eaton, daughter of Jim and Cassandra Newton, representing Dixon Township Swine and Eaton FFA. Jade is an 11-year member of 4-H and a four-year member of FFA. Jade is a 2014 Eaton High School graduate and will be attending Wilmington College in the fall.


Aubrey Stevenson, 16, Eaton, daughter of Scott and Ami Stevenson, representing Preble County Livestock 4-H Club. Aubrey attends Eaton High School where she will be a junior in the fall.


Poultry Queen candidates:


Suzanne Kimball, 16, Eaton, daughter of John and Tammy Kimball, representing Monroe Better Livestock 4-H Club. Suzanne attends National Trail High School where she will be a junior in the fall.

Rabbit Queen candidates:


Chelsea Allen, 17, Eaton, daughter of Joe and Mindy Allen, representing Paris Modelettes and Jackson Young Farmers 4-H Clubs. Chelsea attends National Trail High School where she will be a senior in the fall.


Kayla Boggs, 18, Eaton, daughter of Tina Dunn, representing The Camo Crew 4-H Club.


Gabrielle Cooper, 16, West Alexandria, daughter of George and Kelly Coopers, respresenting Spic-N-Span Pots-N-Pans 4-H Club. Gabrielle attends Twin Valley South High School.


Kristen Cottingim, 16, Eaton, daughter of Kevin and Melanie Cottingim, representing Preble County Livestock 4-H Club and Eaton FFA. Kristen attends Eaton High School where she will be a senior in the fall.
