EATON — The Preble County Stingrays are once again inviting the public to participate in the annual Breast Strokes for Breast Cancer Campaign, planned for Saturday, June 22. Held every year during the Preble County Invitational Swim Meet, the campaign seeks to increase public awareness and to raise money to fund research and local programs.
To date the Stingrays have raised over $6,000 to battle breast cancer.
Businesses and individuals are invited to sponsor a breast stroke event in honor or memory of a loved one who has battled this deadly disease. Sponsorship’s start at $25 and are tax deductible. The money will be presented to the Susan G. Komen foundation at the close of the swim season.

The Stingrays were scheduled to begin the season on Tuesday, June at Cardinal Hill. They will host Vandalia on Thursday and will compete in the Darke County Invitational on Saturday.
