Rezabek sworn in

COLUMBUS — State Representative Jeff Rezabek (R-Clayton) this past week was sworn in as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for the 132nd General Assembly. He represents the 43rd Ohio House District, which encompasses Preble County, as well as portions of Montgomery County. This will be his second term as state representative.

“It is truly an honor for me to have been entrusted by the citizens of the 43rd House District to represent them for another term. I am excited and humbled at the opportunity and look forward to working to provide solutions to the problems facing Ohio,” Rep. Rezabek said.

Rep. Rezabek has owned his law practice for more than 11 years and specializes in criminal defense law, juvenile law, and probate/civil matters. He previously was a substitute magistrate for the Dayton Municipal Court. Rep. Rezabek began his legal career at Charles Smiley and Associates in 1998, where after two years he was promoted to partner.

An active member in the community, Rep. Rezabek helps local students as a high school coach. He also enjoys hunting and fishing, and is a legal advocate for the area’s disadvantaged children. He attends mass at the University of Dayton Chapel and is a resident of Clayton.
