Play Super Mario Maker on the Wii U and take our Course Maker Challenge! Create a course in the Course Maker Mode and have others play your course. Go old school and play four-player Mario Kart Double Dash on the Gamecube! Snacks and prizes for everyone!

Spa Night: Pamper your Body (adults)

Learn about lotions, soaps, and more!

Wheel of Fitness (kids)

5:30 p.m. at the Camden Library

Fitness and nutrition are this year’s Summer Reading themes. Take a spin at the Camden Library’s wheel of fitness for some fun, healthy activities.

Fueling your Engine

10 a.m. at the Eaton Library

A program for children under 12, the Eaton Library will have weekly Summer Reading activities. The activities vary each week with children enjoying plays, reader’s theater, hands-on activities, crafts, and more!

Story Time

1 p.m. at the West Alexandria Library

Hear a story, do a fun activity, and enjoy a snack at this story time for ages 7 and under.

Temporary Henna Tattoos (teens, grades 6-12)

3 p.m. at the Eaton Library

Henna tattooing (Mehndi) involves making decorative designs on the skin and then staining the figures. Henna designs may remain on the skin up to a month or more. Christina, Teen Librarian, will explain Henna to teens and supervise as you design and apply the temporary Henna tattoos. You will only be allowed to place Henna on their arms and hands. All supplies will be provided. This program requires a signed permission slip to participate!

Open Computer Lab

1 p.m. at the Eaton Library

Take advantage of the libraries new open lab hours for help with your mobile devices, Microsoft Office, research, using the library catalog, or any tech-related issue you have! No appointment is necessary. Open lab hours will be 1-4 p.m.
