The following information has been provided by Northmont area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Feb. 10, Englewood 23-0000244: Angela R. Davis, 52, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Saturday, Feb. 11, Englewood 23-0000248: Darby L. Wheeler, 20, of Troy, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and underage alcohol possession. He was issued a court summons and released to his father.

Monday, Feb. 13, Englewood 23-0000257: Dominique T. Hill, 32, of Englewood, was charged with felonious assault and domestic violence. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 14, Englewood 23-0000263: Murat U. Shokhzodayev, 24, of Dayton 45404, was charged with telecommunications harassment after calling the Englewood Police Department and dispatch center more than 100 times. Charges were forwarded to Vandalia Municipal Court. Shokhzodayev had been arrested in August 2022 on felony theft of catalytic converters. He was indicted through Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Civil Division. During one of his multiple phone calls Shokhzodayev told Detective Alan Meade he had no right to take his car and that he had also lost his family and demanded that Meade buy him a new car. Shokhzodayev’s car was forefeited as a result of him using it in the commission of a felony.

Thursday, Feb. 16, Englewood 23-0000270: Aaron Baker, 51, of Springfield, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Englewood 23-0000275: Dalton H. Simmons, 23, of Kelly, North Carolina, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, driving without a valid driver’s license and operating a vehicle intoxicated. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Friday, Feb. 17, Englewood 23-0000278: Shamela Daniels, 18, of Dayton 45406, and Kai’lona B. Ivory, 20, also of Dayton 45406, were each charged with theft at Meijer. Both were issued a court summons and released.

Englewood 23-0000281: Jake B. Denniston, 28, of Clayton 45415, was arrested by Clayton police on an Englewood warrant for failure to appear. He was turned over to an Englewood officer and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Sunday, Feb. 19, Englewood 23-0000286: Gretchen F. Martin, 56, of Amherst, was charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated after being revived with Narcan from an overdose. She was transported to the hospital and issued a court summons.

Englewood 23-0000287: Travelle M. Scott, Jr., 19, of Dayton 45406, and a 16-year-old female, were each charged with theft at Walmart. Scott was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Monday, Feb. 20, Englewood 23-0000291: A 15-year-old female was reported as a runaway on Allison Court.

Englewood 23-0000292: Robert L. Brisco, 59, of Dayton 45417, was charged with theft at Meijer. He was issued a court summons and provided a courtesy ride to the Trotwood Bus Hub.

Tuesday, Feb. 21, Englewood 23-0000296: Susan S. Musgrove, 39, of Englewood, was charged with control of dogs and issued a court summons.

Englewood 23-0000298: Jamie M. Stitt, 40, of Horsham, Pennsylvania, was charged with public indecency after urinating on an exterior wall at Motel 6. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Thursday, Feb. 23, Englewood 23-0000313: Keith O. Day, 58, at large, was charged with theft at Meijer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on two warrants; one out of Greene County and one issued by Kettering police. Day was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Englewood 23-0000315: Mark A. Junies-McCleskey, 36, of Dayton 45406, was charged with violating a protection order and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Friday, Feb. 24, Clayton 23-0000209: A surveillance camera recorded an unknown subject entering an unlocked Chevy truck in a driveway on Noranda Drive. The subject removed the ignition key and a house key. The subject also entered other vehicles parked in the driveway but did not remove any items. The victim is going to change the locks on his home.

Clayton 23-0000211: Fraud was reported in the 6400 block of Noranda Dr. where a resident received a call from a subject claiming to be with Spectrum offering a senior citizens discount. The caller obtained the victim’s credit card information and address. After the call the resident contacted Spectrum and the company advised this was a scam. The victim cancelled her credit card.

Clayton 23-0000212: A man walking his dog found a Michael Kors wallet in a front yard in the 6800 block of Rose Bud Way. Several thefts from vehicles had occurred in the area overnight, one from a vehicle on the same street but the wallet did not belong to the victim.

Clayton 23-0000213: An unknown subject broke into a pair of vehicles parked on Cheryl Court and removed a handgun from the center console of one vehicle.
