EATON — To celebrate National FFA Week, Feb. 17-24, Eaton MVCTC FFA held days of service by partnering with Eaton Police Division to give back to their community. Members worked together to create 60 tie blankets to equip each Eaton Police Division cruiser. The cruisers will be equipped with six tie blankets to accompany stuffed animals used during incidents involving children or persons in need.

EATON — For the third time this year, the Business Advisory Council (BAC) members have come together to achieve their goal of creating productive partnerships that will keep “people” resources in Preble County.

EATON — The Eaton High School Varsity Winterguard program is starting the season off strong.

EATON — Eaton High School choir and band members who participated in the District 13 solo and ensemble competition at the end of January received high marks for their performances. Receiving Excellent ratings were: Emma Pierce, Alex Wenning, and Gwen White. Receiving Superior ratings were: Ally Bowling, Jillian DItmer, Bella Fogt, Kyleigh Gifford, Adam High, Lydia Hofmann, Emma Irwin, Brody King, Charles Kochensparger, Sophie Kochensparger, Brooklyn Loprete-Hardin, Jude Minton, Addison Morningstar, Leah Pugh, Charlotte Snyder, Emma Welch, Alex Wenning, and Gwen White.

NEW PARIS — LifeWise Academy in New Paris will be offering classes this May — the last two weeks of school this year, followed by a full launch this fall — to National Trail students in grades first through fourth.
