It’s February and are you feeling overwhelmed already for 2024? I know that often I feel overwhelmed, especially with all the changes that are happening with our center because of the expansion, all good changes, but still, it can be overwhelming. But that’s okay because I’ve found some great ways to cope and help with that feeling. Here is a great article that talks about being overwhelmed and different ways to cope with it.
