‘Constitution Alive’ program coming to Preble County
EATON — A special program aimed at educating the public about the Constitution is coming to the Preble County Council on Aging Senior Center beginning Saturday, March 2.
Large solar farms banned in Washington Township
EATON — The ongoing battle by some to keep large scale solar facilities out of Preble County got a win on Wednesday, Feb. 21, when county commissioners approved a resolution restricting all large solar — and wind — facilities from being constructed in the entire unincorporated area of Washington Township.

State awards $106 million to support local transit projects
COLUMBUS & EATON — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Director Jack Marchbanks last week announced more than $100 million in investments to support quality public transportation in Ohio. Some of those funds will be coming to the Preble County Council on Aging.
