Church Rummage Sale Friday and Saturday

The semi-annual rummage sale at Oxford United Methodist Church (14 N. Poplar) will be held on Friday evening, Sept. 22, from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday morning, Sept. 23, from 9 to 11 a.m. Following the rummage sale on Saturday morning there will be a bag sale from 11:30 a.m. to noon. Fill a paper grocery sack (provided) for $3 — no limit on the number of bags. Proceeds support mission projects that benefit women, children and youth in the U.S. and around the world. Unsold items are donated to other charitable organizations.

Dixie Melody Boys Quartet In Concert

The Dixie Melody Boys Quartet will be in concert at Somerville Community Church Sunday Oct. 8, at 6 p.m.

If you enjoy low bass singing with smooth Harmonies and a high tenor, you will enjoy this Southern Gospel Music Quartet. Ed O’Neal and the Dixie Melody Boy from Kinston, North Carolina have be thrilling audience worldwide for over 55 years. Visitation CC Dinner

Visitation Catholic Church, BVM, 407 E. Main Street, Eaton, will have its monthly Community Dinner on Thursdays, Sept. 28, Oct. 26, Nov. 30 and Dec. 28. There is no charge for the meal which is served from 4-5:30 p.m. in the church hall. Those who attend should use the entrance off the parking lot. Everyone is welcome. The church hall is handicap accessible. For information call 456-3380.

Camden United Methodist Church’s “All You Can Eat Breakfast,” will be held the fourth Saturday of every month, 7-11 a.m. Cost is $6.
