EATON — Closed President’s Day: We will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17, in observation of President’s Day.

2020 Travel Show: Join us Feb. 18, at 1:30 p.m. for our annual PCCOA 2020 Travel Presentation. We will humorously share with you all the fantastic trips that we have planned for 2020! Light refreshments will be provided.

Art Lab: Reserve your spot for our Wednesday, Feb. 19, to do a paint your own pottery (pyop) project learning the shaving cream method. Taught by an instructor from the Preble County Art Association, all materials are provided. The cost is $14, call to sign up, 937-456-4947.

Thursday Night Weekly Dance! The Thursday Night Dance, ‘Dance My Way,’ is held from 5-8 p.m. at The Grange at 501 Nation Avenue, Eaton. On Thursday, Feb. 20, the theme is Valentine’s Day so feel free to dress up. The Silvertones, a local band from Camden, Ohio will provide an enjoyable evening of classic rock & roll and country music for your listening and dancing pleasure. The dance features delicious food, with a $1 menu, a 50/50 drawing, and door prizes. Admission is $3 per individual/$5 per couple. Join us for a fun evening!

Tax Prep Services: An AARP, IRS Certified, Tax Preparer will be at the senior activities center to offer FREE tax preparation. You must call to make an appointment at 937-456-4947; no walk-ins.

Silver Sneakers at the Senior Activities Center presented by the Preble County YMCA. Everything you need is provided for, plus instruction. Pre-registration is a must by calling 937-456-4947. Class is free and takes place every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m.

Patrolling Paws for a Cause: Come to the senior activities center to get your $10 tickets for the all you can eat spaghetti dinner, dessert auction, gift baskets, live music and more fun on Saturday, Feb. 8; doors open at 4:30 p.m. for dinner. All proceeds go to raise money and awareness for our local senior citizens who are struggling for meals and care. This event takes place at the Twin Valley South High School.

Cincinnati Reds Game: Thursday, June 25, when they play the Chicago Cubs. $66 for members, $81 for non-members. Call 937-456-4947 to reserve your spot.

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Museum: This museum of conscience, an education center, a convener of dialogue, and a beacon of light for inclusive freedom around the globe. Rooted in the stories of the Underground Railroad, they illuminate the true meaning of inclusive freedom by presenting permanent and special exhibits that inspire, public programming that provoke dialogue and action, and educational resources that equip modern abolitionists. A motor coach trip in Tuesday, April 7. Cost is $67 for members, and $82 for non-members.

CATS: Audiences and critics alike are rediscovering this beloved musical with breathtaking music, including one of the most treasured songs in musical theater – “Memory.” This is a Saturday, May 30, performance at the Schuster Center in Dayton. Cost is $138 for members and $153 for non-members.

Springfield Antique Centers: They have hundreds of thousands of antiques for sale. You will find furniture, primitives, pottery, glass, coins, jewelry, advertising, soda pop, gas & oil, architecture, dolls, toys, comic books, military, books clothing, and more! Join us Tuesday, June 9 cost is $29 for members, and $44 for non-members.
