United Way Golf Outing scheduled

EATON — The 16th annual Preble County United Way Golf Outing is scheduled for Friday, June 10, at the Eaton Country Club.

The public is invited to participate. The outing will be a scramble format of four-person teams with a minimum team handicap of 44.

Note: only one player per team can have a handicap of 10 or less. Teams can be all men, all women, or mixed. Starting times will be 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. shotgun starts. Everyone on a team should arrive by 8 a.m. to register for the morning round and 1 p.m. to register for the afternoon round.

The fee is $75 per person ($300 per team) which includes a light breakfast (morning round), lunch, and 18 holes of golf with two carts per team. Registration form and checks are due no later than Friday, May 13.

There will be a Closest To The Pin and Longest Drive contest for both men and women. And as always, raffle items and a 50/50 raffle.
