Richmond Jazz Orchestra, Something Good to perform at PCHS

EATON — The 17-member Richmond Jazz Orchestra, joined by the Preble County chorale “Something Good,” will present a concert in the Preble County Historical Farm amphitheater on Saturday, Sept. 24, at 12:30 p.m. Featured will be classic music of 1940s and World War II era performers, including Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Harry James, Artie Shaw, the Andrews Sisters, and others. Dr. Steve Stoller will conduct and provide commentary. Admission is free.
