EATON — As part of Downtown Eaton Inc.’s annual White Christmas celebration, area children in grades pre-kindergarten through 5th grade were invited to enter this year’s Santa coloring contest for a chance to win a gift card in one of three age categories: Pre-K-1st grade; 2nd-3rd grade and 4th-5th grade.
On Monday, Dec. 19, DEI President Megan Griffis presented two of this year’s winning artists their awards, which included a certificate and gift card for Skyline Chili.
The winner in the Pre-K-1st grade age category was Faith Robke. The 2nd-3rd grade winner was Livy Trunck. Caleb Wright won the 4th-5th grade age category.
Fifty-six young artists entered this year’s contest. DEI congratulates all this year’s winners and looks forward to the 2023 contest.
