Grand jury issues indictments

EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, Dec. 5, regular session:

Raymond E. Steck, 222 E. Somers, 3B, possession of heroin; Richard Bean Jr., 512 N. Cherry St., Eaton, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in marijuana, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana; Emily Shaylyn Douangmala, 8655 Killians Greens Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, trafficking in marijuana with specification, possession of marijuana with specification and possessing criminal tools with specification; John-Kenry Greene, 8655 Killians Greens Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, trafficking in marijuana with specification, possession of marijuana with specification and possessing criminal tools with specification.

Also: Kurtis Eugene Haskins, 6045 Dorsett Place, Indianapolis, Indiana, receiving stolen property; Michael Richard McKinzie II, 6870 School Lane Road, New Paris, felonious assault, firearm specification, having weapons while under disability; Glen Richard Eckstein, 5500 Mount Zion Road, Connersville, Indiana, possession of heroin and possessing drug abuse instruments; Joshua A. Combs, at large, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs (two counts) and tampering with evidence.

Lafayette St., Camden, aggravated possession of drugs; Bryan L. Lake, 404 E. Lexington Rd., Eaton, forgery (four counts,) theft (three counts,) misuse of credit cards (four counts) and identity fraud; Nancy Jean Thompson, PO Box 1356, Groveland, California, possession of marijuana and possessing criminal tools.

Eaton Pike, Richmond, Indiana, domestic violence and disorderly conduct; Willie Jason Asher, 43 S. Lafayette St., Camden, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs and domestic violence.
