The City of Eaton’s Earlybird Farmer’s Market opened Saturday, May 13, just in time for Mother’s Day. The market will be open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Located on the corner of Barron and Somers Streets, the Earlybird Farmer’s Market is the best place to buy a variety of locally grown produce, fresh baked goods, eggs, honey, herbs, fresh flowers, and crafts. The market now accepts credit cards and SNAP cards. Simply stop by the Eaton MVCTC FFA tent to swipe a card in exchange for tokens which can be used at the vendor tents. The market will be open throughout summer, ending in mid-September.
