Eaton High School seniors Izabelle Black, Kelsey Wheeler receive Omicron Sigma Philanthropic Sorority scholarship

EATON — The Omicron Sigma Philanthropic Sorority of Preble County awarded its annual scholarship to Izabelle Black and Kelsey Wheeler, both of Eaton High School.

Izabelle is the the daughter of Misti Black and the late Jason Black.

Kelsey is the daughter of Wendy Hess and the late Kevin Wheeler.

Omicron Sigma, which has operated in Preble County continuously since 1991, provides scholarship awards to Preble County graduating seniors as part of its mission to further the well-being of county residents. Criteria for selection include the student’s academic achievement, participation in school/civic activities, and content of the student’s autobiography.
