Premier Health offers free mobile health screenings in Preble County

PREBLE COUNTY — The Premier Community Health Mobile Clinic will soon be visiting Eaton, Camden, Lewisburg and West Elkton to provide those communities with free, convenient access to valuable health screenings.

Free services offered by Premier Health’s Mobile Clinic include fingerstick tests for cholesterol, blood glucose and A1c, and body fat analysis.

The following dates are available:

•Saturday, May 26: 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Eagles Point Parking Lot, Eaton 

•Monday, June 4: 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Camden Primary School 

•Saturday, June 16: 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Lewisburg Community Center 

•Saturday, June 23: 9 a.m.-2 p.m., West Elkton Intermediate School 

•Monday, August 6: 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Preble County District Library, Eaton

Health screenings provided by the Mobile Clinic are free; however, appointments are required. Appointments can be made by calling 866-608-3463.

Premier Health’s mobile clinical team travels to community locations upon request. Services include immunizations, wellness screenings, hernia screenings and diabetic retinal screenings. Also available during the scheduled Preble County Mobile Clinic events will be Premier Health’s mobile mammography coach, which also travels to businesses, public venues and events throughout southwest Ohio. The mobile mammography coach is owned and operated by Atrium Medical Center.

Mobile mammography coach visits are billable to insurance. Appointments are required, and can be made by calling 855-887-7364.
