EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, Nov. 2, session:

Gage R. Moore, 715 Somers St., Eaton, possession of heroin and petty theft; Aurelio Avalrado Hidalgo, 325 Sout 31st Street, Richmond, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs; Anthony Jordan Vorhis, at large, breaking and entering, petty theft, receiving stolen property with specification.

Also: Mario Dontay Parker, 1328 Sunnyside Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, receiving stolen property and identity fraud; Rock Lindsay, 6475 Jay Street, Arvada, Colorado, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Also: Glen Blackwell, 7058 Swamp Creek Road, Lewisburg, rape with specification, rape with specification, sexual battery with specifications, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition and importuning.

Also: Michael Ronn Szwec, 503 E. Lexington Road, Eaton, possession of cocaine; Thomas J. Mullins, 8161 Ohio 503 South, Camden, burglary and petty theft.
