EATON – A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, Sept. 10, session:

Cathy S. King, 10863 Arby Pike, Lynn, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs and possessing drug abuse instruments; Mark A. Foster, 560 Lakengren Drive, Eaton, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles; Curtis E. Wysong, 2671 New Market Banta Road, West Alexandria, obstructing justice; Joseph Daniel Cook, 2871 E. U.S. 34, 4, West Alexandria, domestic violence.

Also: Payton Michael Ott, at large, possession of heroin, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Aaron R. Vagedes, 23 E. South, West Alexandria, having weapons under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, aggravated possession of drugs (three counts,) driving under suspension or in violation of license, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Also: Randy Scott Delano, 517 SW 2nd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, having weapons while under disability and obstructing official business with forfeiture specification; Carl Scott Jr., 8127 149th P1. NE A 115, Redmond, Washington, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of marijuana; John C. Boutilier, at large, receiving stolen property, grand theft of a motor vehicle and possessing criminal tools.
