RISE issues call for interest

EATON — The Preble County Art Association (PCAA) is searching for Preble County businesses, nonprofits, or public institutions that are interested in becoming the home for a customized piece of public art.

PCAA’s RISE program is a dedicated group of middle and high school students who have been creating, under the guidance of a professional artist for five years. This program teaches community building, teamwork, and creative problem solving while making public art that can be seen around Preble County.

If you are interested in having a unique show piece on display publicly and want to get involved with PCAA and the RISE program, reach out now for consideration in the Winter/ Spring 2019 session and beyond. Interested parties must have an exterior, public, or retail space for the work to be housed. There may or may not be a fee for materials and labor involved. A dialog between PCAA and interested party must take place to come to determine creative content.

Call or email Caitlin at 937-456-3999 or [email protected] for more information.
