EATON — Closed: PCCOA will be closed Friday, April 19, in observance of Good Friday.

Therapist on Call: Stop in Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m. to speak with a physical therapist from Vancrest.

Birthday Bash: If you have an April Birthday, then stop in Wednesday, April 17 at 1:30 p.m. for trivia and birthday cupcakes.

Moving Forward Bereavement Sessions: Do you sometimes feel lost in your grief? Are you overwhelmed with feelings of sadness and negative thoughts or emotions? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, join us for a session discussing grief and healing with State of the Heart Hospice on the third Thursday of each month (April 18) from 10-11:30 a.m. at the senior activities center.

Desert Auction: Bid for a chance to win delicious desserts for the holiday, and have fun. Desserts are donated by local businesses and senior center members. Join us Friday, March 30, at 2 pm. Ask us how to provide desserts, 937-456-4947. Thanks to Lawn Plus for sponsoring this event.

Tech Support: Eaton Computer will be here the last Friday of each month teaching seniors about their technology. The topic for Friday, April 26 is “Using your tablet.” Call to pre-register. Class begins at 10 a.m. at the Senior Activities Center.

Senior Day & Annual Meeting: Save the date, Tuesday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., we will be having fun at the senior center! Free event, with vendors, cook-out, live entertainment, and much much more.

San Antonio, Texas Presentation: Jake of Collette will be here on Wednesday, May 8, at 11 a.m. to speak with us about Christmas in San Antonio. A trip to the enchanting River Walk, the legendary Alamo, and the “Texas White House”. Date of the trip is Dec. 1-5.

Miami Valley Gaming: Now they have over 1700 gaming machines including all your favorites and the latest titles too! Willy Wonka-World of Wonka, the Candyman is back with an all new assortment of wondrous delights and magical surprises in Willy Wonka World of Wonka. Casual dining at Trifecta and MV Perks plus the discounted Acres Seasonal Buffet. Join us Thursday, Aug. 15, for this event in Lebanon.

‘Hairspray’ at Beef & Boards: This musical comedy is set in 1960s Baltimore, with a dance-loving teen, Tracy Turnblad auditioning for a spot on “The Corny Collins Show.” Upon winning, she becomes an overnight celebrity, a trendsetter in dance, fun, and fashion. After the show, we will eat at the buffet at Beef & Boards.
