EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, March 2, session:

Joshua Bob Cook, 5075 Boone Drive, West Alexandria, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass; Earl Thomas Cook; 5075 Boone Drive, West Alexandria, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass; Sean Zackery Barnett, 11931 Jacksonburg Road, Middletown, rape with specification (two counts,) kidnapping with specification, abduction (two counts,) gross sexual imposition and assault.

Also: Jonathan Hamblin, 5618 Horseshoe Bend Road, Hamilton, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs; Ricky Stetler, 241 N. 6th St., Decatur, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs, dealing in drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest; Caitlyn Hope Collins, 710½ East Somers Street, Eaton, aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Jackie A. Smith, 9746 S. Ohio 503, Camden, theft, misuse of credit cards (three counts,) resisting arrest and petty theft.
