National Trail MVCTC FFA holds officer retreat

NEW PARIS — Our officer retreat looked a little different this year for the National Trail MVCTC FFA chapter.

Due to the unfortunate circumstances that we have all been going through, the traditional officer retreat was not able to be held in July like usual. Though National Trail was not able to hold their yearly officer retreat like usual, they still made sure they got some time in with the officers before the 2020-2021 school year starts.

The two-day officer retreat was held at the school and countless hours were spent coming up with plans for this school year, planning activities to be COVID-19 friendly and bonding with each officer. During this retreat, there was lots of time spent trying to figure out how we can keep our members active while still following all guidelines.

Though there is still a lot in the works and things are changing from day to day, it looks like the National Trail MVCTC FFA chapter is still going to make it fun and interesting for everyone.

The officer team was able to complete some team building activities and recreational activities. The team tie dyed t-shirts and completed SMART goals for the year.
