The spring sports season is officially under way for high school teams in the county and around the state. Area baseball and softball teams opened with games on Saturday, March 26, while track and tennis teams are scheduled to begin their respective seasons this week. Pictured, a Tri-County North players bats during the Lady Panthers game against Dixie. Eaton and Twin Valley South’s softball team also began their seasons. In baseball, Tri-County North and Twin Valley South played their first games of the year as well.
