National Trail MVCTC FFA hosts member Lock-In

0

NEW PARIS — The National Trail MVCTC FFA chapter recently hosted their Greenhand and Chapter member lock-in.

At this event, the first and second year members of the chapter had the opportunity to come stay the night at the National Trail school building, to bond and learn about FFA, and participate in activities which were put on by the officer team. State FFA officers Jacob Zajkowski, Dawson Osborn and Jared Dunn were also in attendance and put on a workshop to teach the members about FFA.

The FFA Officer Team broke the attendees into groups to participate in various activities through the night. Members had a cake decorating contest, dodge ball tournament, noodle name games and various team building activities. Skyline was available for all the members and guests in attendance that evening to enjoy as a late-night snack.

As the lock in concluded, members were given a yard sign to put in their front yards and hot cooked breakfast of bacon and pancakes. The breakfast was prepared by the Chapter Advisors.
