PREBLE COUNTY — As part of a districtwide bridge maintenance project, lane restrictions will be in place on U.S. 127 over Swann-Beatty Road for maintenance work on the structure.
Beginning Wednesday, April 20, lane restrictions will be in effect on U.S. 127, between Camden College Corner Road and Ohio 744, during daylight hours while crews work on the bridge approach slabs. The daily lane restrictions will continue through Monday, April 25, and motorists are reminded of the need for additional caution through the work zone.
Becdir Construction Company was awarded a contract for approximately $1.97 million to complete the project, and work on all affected structures elsewhere in the district is scheduled to be completed by late summer 2022.
All work will be contingent upon the weather.
