EATON — Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor John Husted recently announced the 5th annual In-Demand Jobs Week will take place May 2-6.
OhioMeansJobs Preble County is joining many other Job Centers by highlighting in-demand careers which pay $50,000 per year and that require one year of training or less.
OhioMeansJobs Preble County is a free resource to the community — residents do not have to be a recipient of any public assistance or unemployment to utilize the office’s services. OhioMeansJobs Preble County is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Resources available at OhioMeansJobs Preble County include resume assistance, job boards, monthly jobs newsletter, unemployment assistance, and more.
OhioMeansJobs Preble County also offers assistance with the cost of short term training for eligible individuals.
The staff at OhioMeansJobs Preble County has worked with many local employers over the years with the end goal of helping local job seekers connect to employers.
