EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Tuesday, Sept. 6, session:

Holly R. Jump, 112 W. Walnut Street, Milton, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs, driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction and failure to file annual application for registration or to pay taxes on a motor vehicle; Austin Christopher-Aaron Stutsman, 50 Nottingham Way, Greenville, identity fraud and theft; Dakota Edward Messer, 152 W. Goodman Dr., Fairborn, possession of marijuana with specification, trafficking in marijuana with specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia

Also: Jonathon William Albert Allen, 5520 Ohio 380, Wilmington, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them – OVI, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving in marked lanes or continuous line of traffic; Anthony Cook-George, 417 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance.
