LEWISBURG — The annual Holiday Happening is a community gathering celebrating the holidays and focusing on local talent.

This year’s presentation will feature Carlee Watson, Curtis Duncan, Willie Hawkins, Mark Madigan, Sean Madigan, Mark Shields, Cheyenna Shields, Phyllis Marling, Dave Wickham, and Jane Wickham.

Holiday Happening is produced by Preble Players, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit performing arts organization whose mission is to bring entertainment and education through the performing arts to Preble County and surrounding areas.

The 3rd Annual Holiday Happening: A Child’s Whimsy will be on stage in Preble County on Saturday, Dec. 10, at 7 p..m. and Sunday, Dec. 11, at 2 p.m., at the Joy & Whimsy Depot, 200 West Dayton Street, Lewisburg. Tickets are $10 and are available at the Eaton Floral Shop in Eaton, and online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/startheatrepreble-players.

Remaining tickets will be available at the door an hour before performance. Children under 5 and adults over 70 are free but must RSVP by contacting Lisa Marling at [email protected].

Anyone who comes fully dressed as an elf or a reindeer will receive free admission no matter thier age.

In partnership with the Success Program at Tri-County North, Preble Players encourages a new toy donation by offering a free concession item for each toy donated to its toy drive.
