Eaton FFA competes, receives grant

EATON — On Dec. 2, the Eaton MVCTC FFA chapter took two Parliamentary Procedure teams to National Trail High School to the Preble/Montgomery sub district contest.

The contest consisted of members showing their knowledge of parliamentary law by taking a 35-question test and presenting a mock meeting to judges. The Advanced team consisted of: Mariah Brewer, Kate Bulach, Chelsea Cruze, Daphne Durham, Katelyn Nieahus, Blake Whitesell, and Cole Whitesell. The Novice team was comprised of: Andrew Brooks, Jonathon Bronson, Brennan Halderman, Arica Hamilton, Nathan Henning, Alisha Rader, and Alysa Sorrell. Both teams placed second and earned a trip to the district contest.
