New shop opens in Lewisburg

LEWISBURG — The Lewisburg Chamber of Commerce welcomed Top Flour and Confectionery Shoppe LLC into its membership with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 1 .

Top Flour and Confectionery Shoppe is located at 206 N. Commerce St. in the village. The owners of Top Flour and Confectionery, Kim Osswald, Darcie Greene and Kristin Parris, have made efforts to create a family friendly and welcoming atmosphere for their community. They provide a variety of baked goods, beverages, and venue rental options.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony, congratulatory remarks were made by Lewisburg Chamber of Commerce President Todd Appledorn, Ohio State Representative Rodney Creech, Deputy District Director for U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson, Ben Thaeler, and Lewisburg Village Council Member Lori Pheanis.

When addressing the gathering, Pheanis said she would like to thank the shop owners for investing in the community, but also for, “being willing to mentor young women who have vision.”
