NT MVCTC FFA hosts Job Interview Day
On Tuesday, Nov. 2, National Trail MVCTC FFA hosted a mock job interview day for each of their members to participate in. Prior to the event FFA members wrote a cover letter, resume with references, completed a job application and drafted a follow up letter while in their agricultural education classes. Students’ work was then sent off to industry professionals to critique and evaluate the students’ efforts.
On the day of the event students wore their full official dress to school to look professional for the event. Each FFA member then completed a ten minute interview with various community members who have experience with interviewing and hiring.
In Division One the following students received a gold rating: Isabeele Anderson, Logan Baker, Nicholas Baker, Nicholas Brubaker, Cooper Smith, Grant Deaton, Dylan Duffie, Ashley Green, Hannah Henderson, Henry Toschlog, Josie Stiner, Kaitlyn Schweizer, Aidan Koehl, Ethan Kosier, Kylee Vaughn, Ethan Osswald, Miranda Ott, and Taryn Rucci.
In Division Two the following students received a gold rating: Lillian Allen, Nicholas Berry, Samantha Casteel, Ashlyn Hoover, Alyssa Ibarra, Alaina Jones, Keaton Lipps, Addison Sparks,
In Division Three the following students received a gold rating: Jacquelyn Arthur, Breeanna Daum, Haley Davidson, Madelyn Harrison, Mackenzie Johnson, Ellie Lawson, Wade Mann and Garland Weaver.
In Division Four the following students received a gold rating: Lily Bowerman, Kyler Grant, Wyatt House, Alison Kimball, Brianne Kosier, Hannah Lee, Paige Lee, Trinity McKinley, Madison Myers, Mykenzie Smith, Skyler Ward and Abbigail Whitesell.
In Division Five the following students received a gold rating: Alec Givens, Alex Allen and Martin Cubilla.
The following students will be representing the NTFFA chapter at the District FFA Job Interview Contest: Ethan Kosier, Addison Sparks, Garland Weaver, Wyatt House and Alec Givens.
