Many times we hear from people who have bad experiences with businesses. Usually caused by the interaction of the customer with an employee. and customer dissatisfaction for services rendered.

People get upset and tempers flair and it takes a person with a calm demeanor to solve an issue.

Eaton has many fine businesses. The owners and their employees are exceptional and they need to be recognized.

Recently, I needed to get some body repairs on my week old new car. Fortunately, for me, I chose to have the repair performed by M&S Body Shop on Rte. 127. They were fantastic. Friendly and professional describes them to a “T.” In fact, they went beyond my expectations and I recommend them to you if you need their services.
